Tourists surged in Khumbu

Tourists’ arrival have increased in Khumbu region of Solukhumbu, which is also the home of Mt. Everest. Tourists have thronged to main tourist sites Gokyo, Gokyori, Chola Pass, Kalapatthar, Mt.Everest Base Camp. Similarly, hotels in Namche, Khumjung, Gokyo high land, Dingboche and Fakding are packed with tourists. Tourist arrivals have increased as October is the main tourist month in this region.
